These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Boda8 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://boda8.cam ("Platform", "Site"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and any other gaming or non-gaming features offered by Boda8.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Boda8 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

Boda8 operates as an online gaming platform under international gaming licensing. We do not hold, and do not claim to hold, any licence issued by a Malaysian government authority. No such regulatory body for online gambling currently exists within Malaysia. Malaysian users acknowledge that they use this Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

The following terms carry the meanings ascribed below throughout this Agreement unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the Boda8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction. Boda8 operates a strict minimum age policy and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage access.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register if you are legally prohibited from entering contractual agreements.
• Jurisdiction: You may not register or use the Platform if you reside in or are accessing from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly unlawful and punishable by law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of your participation.
• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on Boda8. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a Company Employee: Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of Boda8 or its affiliates may not register as players on the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You may not register or continue using the Platform if you have previously requested self-exclusion from Boda8 or any gaming platform and that exclusion period remains active.

To access the full range of Services offered by Boda8, you are required to complete the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request — and at any other time Boda8 deems appropriate — you will be required to submit documentation for identity verification. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address not older than three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front image of the bank card, screenshot of registered e-wallet account showing your name and number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Boda8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify Boda8 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All monetary transactions on the Boda8 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum single deposit: RM30,000 (may vary by payment channel).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Supported deposit channels include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). Availability of specific channels may vary.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes. Boda8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees.
• Boda8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the rollover requirements and maximum cash-out caps applicable to the bonus under which those funds were earned.

Boda8 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. The claiming and use of all bonuses is subject to the general conditions set out in this clause and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., x10, x15, x20). This rollover must be completed before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active in your account, maximum stake per bet or spin is limited as specified in the individual promotion terms — typically between RM25 and RM50 per round. Exceeding this limit constitutes misuse and may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards rollover completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Crash and fishing games may have varying rates. Full contribution tables are published within each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or utilised within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance) will automatically expire without replacement.
• Bonus Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting with other players, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, multi-account exploitation, and arbitrage — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings may be capped. Players are advised to review the specific maximum cash-out cap before claiming any promotion.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Boda8 Platform. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, verification process, or access restriction implemented on the Platform
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform without human input
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to generate illegitimate winnings — any winnings generated through known or suspected software errors are void
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the Platform
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to use your Account or to register a duplicate Account
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law

All bets placed on the Boda8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are accessible within each game environment and sports betting section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game-specific rules.

Boda8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where: (a) the outcome was determined by a technical error or system fault; (b) there is evidence of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of a known glitch; (c) the event or game was cancelled or abandoned and no result was officially declared under the rules of the relevant governing body; or (d) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or pricing that does not reflect the genuine market at the time the bet was placed.

For sports betting specifically, all results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. Boda8 follows standard industry conventions for settlement, including the treatment of extra time, penalty shootouts, abandoned matches, and disputed results. All content on the Boda8 Platform — including but not limited to the Boda8 name, logo, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, data, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Boda8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of Boda8.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boda8, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors.

Boda8 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain system uptime and data integrity but cannot warrant uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Boda8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Boda8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of player protection tools designed to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you may lose over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, further wagers will be blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to remind you of elapsed gaming time at intervals of your choosing.

Boda8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Underage gambling or evidence that an Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria
• Abuse of bonus promotions or coordinated exploitation of the Platform
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority

In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, Boda8 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to be clean (i.e., not derived from fraudulent activity), Boda8 will return the original deposited amount to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses and associated winnings.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing your Account does not affect any outstanding obligations or liabilities owed to Boda8 at the time of closure.

Boda8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant amendments, we may additionally notify registered users via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Boda8 recommends that you check this page at least once per quarter or whenever you receive a notification of updates.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boda8 holds its international gaming licence, without reference to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and Boda8, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as provided under the terms of our international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that disputes involving online gambling may be subject to specific limitations under Malaysian law and accept these limitations as part of their use of the Platform.
